The 2021 Tennessee Policy Report Card is the annual publication looking at model policy practices and serving as a barometer on the state policy efforts that have contributed to that environment of academic success. This report focuses on 26 policy issues in Tennessee around Excellence, Equity, Choice, and Transparency. Additionally, our 2021 Policy Report Card includes a highlighted section entitled “A New Reality” that explains what the model policy could look like in our schools if Tennessee moved from a resource-based funding formula to a student-based funding formula.
