StudentsFirst Tennessee-backed candidates prevail in 10 out of 13 state contests
NASHVILLE, TN- StudentsFirst Tennessee lauded the results of last night’s state primary elections, where at least ten pro-education reform candidates were swept into office by Republican and Democrat primary voters across Tennessee.
Following news of the final tallies from last night’s elections, StudentsFirst Tennessee State Director Brent Easley said, “We are excited to see these great education champions successfully come through our state’s primary season. Some of their races were very tough challenges, and we are proud to have stood behind them. We look forward to continued support for these leaders and others as we head into the state’s general election in November.”
